All media are welcome. But please, NO REPRODUCTIONS! This is an originals only show (limited edition photography/digital art prints and print-making such as woodblock prints are welcome)
Artists may submit up to three pieces, we will display at least one. The work comes off the wall as it sells, so we may ask you for a "restock" if you sell out. The TCAC will take a 25% commission on all sales. The TCAC will be sending out checks at the conclusion of the show.
Work must measure12x12 inches(excluding frame) and under for 2D, 12x12x12 inches for 3D. (smaller works sold best last year. We recommend under 10x10 inches. Sets also sell well, so we encourage three of the same size/theme/framing style). Jewelry is welcome if you provide a display that measures under 12 inches tall (Jewelry can also be framed shadow box style for hanging)
Work must be ready to hang or display. 2D work must be wired, with D-Ring style hangers. Please avoid saw tooth hangers if possible. No tiny rings on the back of a piece of cardboard etc will be permitted. (We will be rejecting pieces not ready to hang-so if you need help or advice on this we will be glad to assist you)
We recommend framing your pieces. Unframed canvases should have their edges finished. We recommend canvases be at least 1 1/2 inches deep for a professional look. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for recommendations on affordable framing and materials.
Work must be delivered to the TCAC at 110 West State Street in Olean between Saturday, October 16th and Saturday, November 12th. (please do not bring work early, we are very limited on storage space). We will not accept late entries.
All work must be labeled on the back (on a piece of painters tape is fine) with your name, title, artwork dimensions (not including frame) and media. We also recommend artists put their contact information/ business card on the back (This show is about promoting YOU and your work).
Please label any boxes/cartons that you brought the work in with your name and contact info if you want them returned.
Artists must pick up their unsold work between January 25th and February 5th.(this year we won’t be offering to hang your work in the Artisan Market after the show ends unless you are an Artisan or Studio Member, we’ll be glad to answer any questions on that)

We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to show in the beautiful TCAC Gallery!
