The Tri-County Arts Council produces a variety of events and programs each year throughout the Southern Tier in an effort to promote the creative community here. These events include the prestigious Southern Tier Biennial, Art in the Park, the annual Celebration of the Arts Party with its arts and cultural awards, gallery exhibitions, the Winter Arts Festival and a biannual Member Show. Such programs provide important opportunities for the public to engage with regional artists and in turn allow the artists to exhibit and sell their work.
